Support
For anything at all — a bug, a request, a missing exercise — write to support@crushcoach.app. I answer myself.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Plans, history and measurements live on your profile and follow you to a new phone. You can sign in with an email and password, with Apple or with Google.
My gym has no signal
That is fine: while you train the app writes to the phone and syncs when the network comes back. The sets you have finished are already on disk.
Taking your data with you
Settings → Data:
- Export backup produces a file with everything, which you can import back either merging it with what is there or replacing it.
- Export history as CSV gives you your workouts as a table, to open in a spreadsheet.
Deleting your account
Settings → Account → Delete account. It immediately removes your account, data and files from the servers. There is no undo and no copy is kept. If you have already uninstalled the app, do it from here.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, “Forgot password”: an email arrives with a link to choose a new one.
Apple Health or Health Connect reads nothing
The connection stays off until you turn it on, and permissions are granted one by one. On iPhone you can check them in the Health app, under Crush; on Android inside Health Connect. If heart rate does not show up, it is usually a permission missing there.
Something broke
Errors are logged on this phone and never leave on their own. You will find them in Settings → Diagnostics: from there you can read them and send them, and it is your call. A log attached to the email is the thing that helps most.
Language and theme
The app is in Italian and English, and follows your system language or the one you pick in Settings. Light and dark themes work the same way.
Privacy
What the app collects, where it ends up and how to make it disappear is written in the privacy policy, and inside the app under Settings → Privacy.
