Building a plan

Start from a programme, bend it to fit.

Days, exercises, sets with reps, weight and rest. Drag to reorder, copy one day onto another, duplicate an exercise.

Eight ready-made programmes

Full Body, Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Cutting, Hyrox prep, HIIT, Functional, Mobility. Copy one with a tap, then change it.

A hundred and thirty-one exercises

Across ten muscle groups, with a body map that highlights the one you are working. Add your own and the catalogue grows.

Supersets and intervals

The interval schemes are already written: Tabata 8×20/10, 30/30, 40/20, 60/60.

It saves as you type

There is no save button to remember, and titles never collide.

Training

At the gym you touch the phone as little as possible.

One set at a time, big enough to read from the floor. Reps and weight change with − and +, no keyboard.

The timers run themselves

A timed set starts on its own, at zero it moves to the rest, and when the rest ends it advances to the next set. A Tabata runs without you touching anything.

Last time, and your record

Under every exercise, with a suggested increase when it is time to add weight.

You hear it without looking

Seven distinct sounds, a different vibration per event, a countdown over the last three seconds, and a notification when the rest ends even with the phone locked.

Leave, come back

A workout left half done is right where you left it. Finished sets are already on disk, even where the gym has no signal.

Seeing how it is going

The same history, read two ways.

The summary tells you how it is going; the log tells you what you did. One history, one filter.

Volume and muscle groups

Weekly volume, sets per muscle group, weight progression exercise by exercise, personal records, weeks in a row.

Session by session

Your history by month, searchable by plan, exercise or note.

Weight and measurements

Weight over time, height, circumferences, and the indices that follow: body mass, waist-to-height, estimated fat, lean mass.

Apple Health and Health Connect

Only if you turn it on: finished workouts go to Health, and heart rate and the real Apple Watch calories come back.

Your data

There is nothing here to track.

Crush only collects what you type in. No ads, no analytics, no profiling, no data sold or handed to anyone. Your data lives in Europe, only your account can read it, and from inside the app you can take it with you in a file or delete it for good.
